National Ski Patrol - Lutsen Patrollers
Guest Passes
- Select the date that your guest will be skiing and hit search.
- Choose an adult (ages 16+) or child (ages 6-15) ticket and add it to your cart. Each order can only contain ONE lift ticket to properly apply promo codes.
- Go to cart.
- Enter the NSP-provided code into the promo code box.
- Hit “apply promo code”. This will update the price, if not done correctly you will be charged and your comp ticket would not be valid on that order.
- Proceed to check out, and enter the name and birthdate of the guest utilizing that complimentary lift ticket. If the name does not match the person who comes to the window to redeem the order, the lift ticket will not be issued.
If you are unable to get your order to properly the discount, you can email customerservice@lutsen.com for further assistance. Please allow 48-72 hours for a response from this inbox, same day assistance will not be available.
Release of Liability Form:
A new waiver of liability is required each season for every guest. Waivers can be filled out anytime at www.lutsen.com/waiver and will attach to your guest record on your first visit of the season. Each person on your order must have a completed waiver prior to entering the ticket line.
Online Redemptions:
Upon arrival please visit our Lutsen Mountains Ticket Windows to redeem your online order, have your itinerary number ready for our agents, and your release of liability completed to expedite the process. We ask only one person in your party enter the line to minimize congestion.
How to use your RFID Card
WE ARE NOW CASHLESS
Beginning summer 2023, Midwest Family Ski Resorts Properties will no longer accept cash as a form of payment. Cash may still be used as a form of gratuity, and non-MFSR-owned vendors may still accept cash.
For guests who do not have non-cash forms of payment when they arrive at Lutsen Mountains, reverse ATMs that dispense Mastercard gift cards are available in our Scandinavian Chalet and Summit Chalet.
