Indy Pass at Lutsen
Each Indy Pass redemption will require a reservation. To be consistent with other Indy resorts, you will need two single-day reservations if you plan to ski or ride two days, a 2-day reservation is not available this season. All Indy Pass redemptions at Lutsen will require a reservation. Once a date is sold out, no additional reservations will be available.
Indy Pass reservations can be canceled without penalty up to 48 hours before arrival. Within 48 hours, reservations are non-cancellable. These orders will be redeemed on the reservation date, and will count as a Lutsen redemption on your pass and your pass will not be eligible for redemption at another Indy Pass resort on the reservation date.

How to use your RFID Card
WE ARE NOW CASHLESS
Beginning summer 2023, Midwest Family Ski Resorts Properties will no longer accept cash as a form of payment. Cash may still be used as a form of gratuity, and non-MFSR-owned vendors may still accept cash.
For guests who do not have non-cash forms of payment when they arrive at Lutsen Mountains, reverse ATMs that dispense Mastercard gift cards are available in our Scandinavian Chalet and Summit Chalet.
Lift Ticket Policies

Online Lift Tickets are offered at discounted rates up to the day of arrival. Lift tickets are date-specific and cannot be transferred to another date. Online orders are due in full at the time of purchase.

lift ticket cancellation policy
Tickets are non-refundable—A credit may be applied for purchases that have not been redeemed (valid for one year from the date of cancellation). To receive a credit, customers must contact guest services before the end of operating hours of the date on which the ticket product was to be redeemed.
online customer credit policy
A credit only holds the value of the product they are issued for. If a credit is used to purchase a product at a lower price, the credit will hold the remaining balance for future use within the time frame the credit is valid. If the credit is used to purchase a product at a higher price, the customer will need to pay the difference in value. Credits may only be used to purchase packages, lessons, lift tickets, and/or rentals. Credits may NOT be used for events, food & beverage, tuning, or retail purchases.
Online Discounts
Online rates are not available at the ticket windows. Family Vacation Tickets and Legendary Flex Passes are online-only specials.
